Today is about SKIN CARE :)
I thought I would show you what I do to
look after my skin (neck upwards, I will do a body version next).
I use Daily Essentials by Johnsons. I really like this brand;
I like the smell and the feel of the wipe. I like how it makes my face feels
not too dry afterwards. I also think it is one of the best wipes to get of
mascara and other stubborn make up products.
After, I have used one of the wipes, and then I use a cotton
pad and some deep cleansing. I find this is the best cleansing lotion
I have tried; it really gets the stubborn bits of dirt that gets left
behind.
I use the sensitive skin version
because it leaves your skin really mat afterwards but it's not as hard on your
skin. I do this every night, and morning.
After
I have cleansed, I use Bio-Oil to add extra oils back into my skin, it is
specialist skin care for scars, uneven skin tone, ageing skin, dehydrated skin
(people also use it for stretch marks).
It
makes your skin feel really hydrated. I love this. I only use this at night
those because it is oil and I feel it just works better at night for me.
Every morning I
wash my face with Morning Energy Facial wash. It is gently enough to do, and it
just makes sure all dirt is off your face!
This step, I do
once a week, I use St Ives scrub on my face, it is much harsher on the skin so
I really wouldn't recommend more than once a week. It makes your face
feel so clean afterwards and gets rid of any dead skin...
At night I will
use Evening Primrose, which I know sounds old fashioned but I actually love how
my skin feels the next morning, it is oily which is why I only use this at
night. It is inexpensive and for me, it is just perfect, I can feel it
replenishing my skin!
I use this
lotion from Simple during the day because it is not oily and it protects my
skin. I can put this on and then make up and it great.
If you
use these products or have any good products comment, let me know what you
think and if there are any other topics you want to share!!
Be strong and take heart,
